No. There is no monthly platform fee, no per-employee subscription, and no charge for using the platform. The only cost is the credit bundle you purchase. You buy credits. You use them. That's it.
Unused credits stay in your company pool and roll over indefinitely. They don't expire. If your team spends less this month, the credits are there next month. You can top up any time with a new bundle and a new invoice.
Yes. You can start with the Starter bundle and order more credits any time. Each top-up gets its own invoice. There's no minimum commitment and no requirement to upgrade to a larger bundle.
A per-employee monthly subscription charges you a platform fee for every employee, every month — whether they use the platform or not. Wallet charges no platform fee. You only pay for the credits you allocate. If an employee doesn't use their credits, you haven't paid a platform fee on top of that. The credits just roll over.
