No. There is no per-employee per-month subscription. You buy credits and allocate them. If you don't allocate, you don't spend. One invoice for the credit bundle — no recurring platform fee on top of that.
Employees spend credits in the Wallet Marketplace — healthcare plans, gym access, wellbeing and mental health, entertainment, learning, meal plans, team merch, home office gear, coffee vouchers, gaming, and more. The marketplace starts lean and expands over time.
Unused credits remain in the company credit pool. They do not expire by default. Admins can reallocate unspent credits at any time — to a different team, a different use case, or saved for a future event or bonus.
